How do I return my order and get my money back if I'm not satisfied?
You have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal from Precisionski without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal within this period, only the price of the purchased product(s) will be refunded.
From 1 August 2021, Precisionski will change its return policy. Returns will no longer be free of charge.
In return, we will allow you to print out a Mondial Relay return label from your account for a one-off fee of £3.99.
If you choose this option, we will deduct the 3.99€ from your refund.
This offer applies to the following countries: France, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. If you choose another carrier or if you live in another country, the return costs will be entirely at your expense.
Please note that this offer of return by Mondial Relay is only valid once per order.
Precisionski no longer offers exchanges. When you return your order, you will automatically be refunded for the returned product(s). You will receive a confirmation email and a document called "credit note" to inform you of the amount credited to the payment method used.
You will have to place a new order to receive the new item.
When do I get my money back?
The returns department processes parcels within 72 hours, there is no need to write or call us before this 72 hour period once we have received the parcel. When the refund is made by our service, please allow 48 hours depending on the method of payment used. The totality of the order is refunded, except when the customer has taken the option of express delivery with Chronopost at his home or Predict delivery by appointment with DPD, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping costs are only refunded on relay deliveries.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (including packaging and label) and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice as well as the available return form.
Sponsorship codes are not refunded. When returning an order with several items, the sponsorship code is completely deducted from the refund, there is no prorata if the whole order is not refunded.
My parcel contains products that do not match my order, are damaged or defective
We undertake to reimburse you or exchange any products that appear to be defective, damaged or damaged or that do not correspond to your order. In this case, we would be grateful if you would make a detailed written statement and send the product(s) back to us. Precisionski will exchange or refund the product(s) at your discretion. You will be reimbursed for the cost of postage at the rate invoiced, and the cost of returning the goods via Colissimo will be reimbursed by means of a discount voucher. In any case, you benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
What is the status of my order?
If your order is delayed you can log into your Precisionski account and view your order status.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order tracking number.
If your tracking indicates delivery or receipt of the package at your local store, you can go to your local store with the tracking number and identification.
All products on the site can be returned, except those bearing a contrary mention. The returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging. They must not have been worn or used, nor have they suffered any deterioration, however slight, and must be in a perfectly clean condition. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging is deteriorated, will not be refunded or exchanged.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalised (Article 121-20-2). This article is valid for ski packs delivered with bindings assembled at the customer's request. The mounting of the bindings is personalised to the customer's shoe size.
No ski or snowboard will be taken back for exchange.
No request for return will be accepted under the pretext of receiving a cheaper price from one of our competitors.
Procedure for a return:
To return your product, you just need to log in on the site.
Then you click on "My Account" in the top right-hand corner once you are logged in.
Then, you click on the left on My Orders. Your order appears. You click on details in the last column of your order.
You tick the product you wish to return at the bottom of the page, the order opened when you clicked on "Details". You indicate the reason for the return, and then click on generate a return.
We will validate your return request, an email will be sent to you.
At this point, you go back to your account, and you click on "My Returns". You print the return label that you will put in the parcel. As soon as we receive it or the tracking number, we will exchange it or reimburse your order (48 hours).
Any parcel sent outside this procedure cannot be processed.

Return of shoes:
The shoes must be returned in the original box, the shoe box cannot be used as a shipping box, this set must be packed in an envelope or another box for protection during shipping.
Precisionski reserves the right to withhold 5% of the total amount of your order if the package is returned to us without taking care to respect the packaging instructions of the returned products.
