How do I return my order and get my money back if I am not satisfied?
You have a period of 30 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of retraction with Precisionski without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalty.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the above-mentioned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded.
Return shipping is free of charge. This offer is only valid for a return from France. Make your return request via the interface in your account, once validated, you will receive a return form from LA POSTE by mail to print and put on your package.
Returns are free of charge only for Metropolitan France, for all other countries, returns are at the customer's expense.
Please note that this free return offer is valid only once per order.
Precisionski no longer offers exchanges. When you return your order, you will automatically be refunded for the product(s) returned. You will receive a confirmation email and a document called a "credit note" to inform you of the credit amount on the payment method used.
It will be necessary to place a new order to receive the new item.
If the customer wishes to use a slip at his own expense, no refund will be possible because the customer has received a delivery slip from La Poste Colissimo. If the customer does not receive the email, he must contact the support which will send him this voucher by email via our support.
When am I reimbursed?
The return service treats packages within 72 hours, it is useless to write or call us before this 72-hour period once we have received the package. When the refund will be made by our service, count 48 hours according to the method of payment used. The totality of the order is refunded, except when the customer has taken the option of express delivery with Chronopost to his home address or Predict sur Rendez-vous delivery with DPD, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping costs are only refunded on relay deliveries.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (including packaging and label) and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice and the available return voucher.
Sponsorship codes are not refunded. When returning an order comprising several items, the sponsorship code is totally deducted from the refund, there is no prorata if the entire order is not refunded.
My package has products that do not correspond to my order, damaged or defective
We undertake to refund or exchange products that are apparently faulty, damaged or damaged or do not correspond to your order. In this case, we thank you to state it in detail in writing and to return the product(s) to us. Precisionski will, at your choice, exchange or refund the product(s). The shipping costs will be refunded to you on the basis of the invoiced price and the cost of return via Colissimo will be refunded to you by discount vouchers. In any case, you benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
What's the status of my order?
If your order is delayed, you can log into your Precisionski account and view the status of your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive by email the tracking number of your order.
If the tracking of your package indicates a delivery or receipt of the package at your Relais, you can go to your Relais with the tracking number and an ID
All products on the site can be returned, except for those bearing an indication to the contrary. Returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging. They must not have been worn or used, nor have suffered any deterioration, however slight, and in a perfectly clean condition. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging has deteriorated will not be refunded or exchanged.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (Article 121-20-2). This article is valid for ski packs delivered with bindings fitted at the customer's request. The fitting of the bindings being personalised to the customer's boot size.
No skis or snowboards will be taken back for exchange.
No request for return will be accepted under pretext after reception of a cheaper price from one of our competitors.
Procedure for a return :
To return your product, simply log on to the site.
Then you click on "My Account" in the top right corner once you are logged in.
Then click on the left on My Orders. Your order will appear. You click on details in the last column of your order.
You tick the product you wish to return to us at the bottom of the page, the order opened when you clicked on "Details". You indicate the reason for the return, and then you click on generate a return.
We will validate your return request, an email will be sent to you.
At that moment, you go back to your account, and you click on "My RETURNS". You print the return label form that you will slide into the package. As soon as we receive it or the tracking number, we will proceed to the exchange or refund of your order (48h).
Any package sent outside this procedure will not be processed.
NO RETURN IN OUR SHOPS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
The shoes must be returned in the original box, the box of shoes can not be used as shipping carton, this set must be packaged in an envelope or another cardboard for protection during transport.
Precisionski reserves the right to withhold 5% of the total amount of your order if the package is returned to us without taking care to respect the packaging instructions for returned products.
