24h delivery - with Dpd and Chronopost

ORDER PICKING

In order to guarantee you the best possible delivery service, PRECISION SKI offers you different delivery methods and guarantees same day dispatch for orders placed before 2pm. Except exceptional incidents (sales, Black Friday) where the maximum time of dispatch is 12h.

Any order placed on Friday before 1pm can be delivered on Saturday by choosing the carrier CHRONOPOST.

We inform you that there is no order preparation on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays

There is no express transport with Chronopost for skis and snowboards. They are sent with DPD which delivers between 24 and 48 hours after shipment.

Delays with Chronopost delivery before 1pm may be subject to delays in the mountain departments (73, 74, 38). During the winter period there is often bad weather snow which can cause delays of 1 to 2 working days.

Chronopost may not guarantee delivery before 1pm from 25 November to 20 December. Delivery is guaranteed within 24 hours, but the product may be received after 1pm, Precisionski cannot be held responsible.

The shipping costs are always payable but the return is always free. Exchange costs are at our charge for a return shipment.

Customs Info: For all sales OUTSIDE the European Union, the prices are displayed on the website. You will have to pay customs duties when the package enters its destination country, for example: Brazil, USA, Canada, Switzerland, China, Japan, Australia... etc...

MODES OF DELIVERY

At home or at a relay point, Chronopost delivers your order against signature. Choose the delivery method that best suits your situation and you will be notified of the layout of your parcel as soon as your order is placed.


Chronopost in relay France

If you are at your place of work, you can choose a delivery at a Pickup Relay of your choice. For any order placed on our site before 2pm, your package is delivered the next day before 1pm. You will be notified by SMS and e-mail as soon as the parcel arrives at the relay point.

Chronopost at home

For any order placed on our site before 2pm, your parcel is delivered the next day before 1pm (delivery time not guaranteed for bikes). You will be notified by SMS and e-mail the day before delivery and if you are not available, you can choose another delivery date at home or a pick-up point near you. Precisionski cannot be held responsible for any delay on the part of Chronopost. In case of compensation for a delay or return, the amount refunded for express delivery will be the amount of the cheapest delivery offer.

Chronopost in relay Europe

Your parcel delivered within 48h in the Pickup Relay of your choice anywhere in Europe.

As soon as the parcel is received at this relay point, you will be notified by SMS and e-mail.

Delivery by appointment with Predict

Your package will be delivered to your home within 24 to 72 hours.

With Predict, choose the interactive and worry-free appointment delivery solution! When you order, choose the day and time slot that best suits you directly by SMS from the list of choices offered by DPD.

5 delivery options are available to you:

- By appointment, within a 3-hour time slot chosen by the recipient among 10 possible dates,

- In one of the 5,000 DPD PICK UP points in the network,

- At a neighbor's, concierge's, friend's..,

- At another address that is more convenient for the recipient (place of work, holiday, second home, etc.),

- In one of the 55 branches of the DPD network in France.

Delivery in Relay Point

Your package delivered within 24 to 72 hours.

Choose from among 5,000 relay points in Metropolitan France and collect your package upon presentation of proof of identity. Following your order, follow at any time the layout of your package on the carrier's website using the tracking number that will have been sent to you. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as the parcel is received at the selected relay point and you will be able to collect it during the store's opening hours. You have 9 working days to collect it. After this period, the parcel will be sent back to PRECISION SKI (please contact our customer service).

Delivery time: 24 to 72 hours.

Departments 22, 29, 35 and 56: delivery the day after tomorrow.

For any delivery before public holidays, an additional 48 hours is possible.

PRECISION SKI cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery for all orders given to the carriers CHRONOPOST and DPD.

All our parcels are closed with white tape with the inscription PRECISION SKI (guarantee band) and a cable tie. If this is not the case, we invite you to make a claim as soon as possible or not to accept the package.

Problems of DELIVERY

The CUSTOMER is informed of the delivery date set at the time he chooses the carrier, at the end of the online ordering procedure, before confirming the order.

In the event that the SELLER does not deliver the goods on the agreed date, the CUSTOMER shall instruct the SELLER, by means of a durable communication medium, to deliver the PRODUCTS within an additional period of time that shall be adapted to the circumstances.

In any event, the SELLER undertakes to deliver the PRODUCTS within a period of thirty (30) days

(30) calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.

If the SELLER does not comply with its obligation to deliver the goods within the additional period specified, or within thirty (30) calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, the CUSTOMER has the right to terminate the contract.

The CLIENT may inform the SELLER of its decision to terminate the contract by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address PRECISION SKI - 02 RUE DE TREVES - 73700 SEEZ.

The SELLER shall reimburse, without undue delay from receipt of the cancellation letter, the CLIENT the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, including taxes and delivery charges, using the same payment method as that used by the CLIENT to purchase the PRODUCTS.

For all delivery disputes despite the signature of the receipt of your parcel on the delivery slip available on the DPD or Chronopost website, the customer must file a complaint.

Procedure for lodging a complaint :

If you suspect that the PRODUCTS have been tampered with (theft, damage, fraud, etc.) by a third party, you may contact the police for investigation. It is possible to make a report for acts of damage to property (theft, damage, fraud ...) by going directly to a police station or gendarmerie brigade.

You cannot be denied receipt of the complaint. If you do not know the offender, you can fill in a pre-complaint online at: https://www.pre-plainte-en-ligne.gouv.fr/

In accordance with the provisions of article 15-3 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the judicial police are required to receive complaints lodged by victims of offences under criminal law and to forward them, where appropriate, to the judicial police service or unit with territorial jurisdiction. A report is drawn up of any complaint lodged and a receipt is immediately issued to the victim.

If she so requests, a copy of the report is immediately given to her. If your problem is not resolved following your declaration to the police, we invite you to contact us again by sending a copy of the receipt of the complaint filed to support-vente@precisionski.fr. The copy of the receipt must be in PDF, JPG or PNG.

Please include the address of the police department that registered the complaint in your e-mail. Without a copy of the receipt of the complaint, we will not be able to process your request for a replacement/refund. Please note that in order to be considered valid, the complaint receipt must contain at least the following information:

- First and Last Name

- The stamp of the police department

- The number of the order concerned by the damage to the goods

- The reference of the article concerned by the damage to the goods (Brand + Series of the article)

- Police Complaint Reference Number

Note that complaints can be filed at a police station, a gendarmerie brigade or directly with the public prosecutor.
