24-hour delivery with Dpd and Chronopost

PREPARATION OF ORDERS

In order to guarantee you the best delivery service possible, PRECISION SKI offers you different modes of delivery and guarantees you thesame day shipping orders placed before 14h. Except in the exceptional event (sale Black Friday) where the maximum time for shipping is 12pm.

Any order placed on Friday before 13h can be delivered on the Saturday, choosing the carrier.

We inform you that there is no preparation of order on the Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

There is no Express delivery with Chronopost for skis and snowboards. They are sent with DPD who deliver between 24 and 48 hours after shipment.

Time with Chronopost delivery before 13h may experience some delays in the departments mountain (73, 74, 38). During the winter period there are often weather-snow that can cause delays of one to 2 days.

Chronopost is likely not to guarantee delivery before 13h from the 25 November until the 20décembre, the delivery is guaranteed in 24 hours, but the reception of the product may take place after 13h, Precisionski will not be held responsible.

Shipping costs are always paid, but the return is always free. Fresh trade at our expense for a return of parcels.

Info Duty: For all sales OUTSIDE the European Union, prices are displayed without Tax on the site. You will be required to pay for customs fees when the package enters its destination country, example: Brazil, USA, Canada, Switzerland, China, Japan, Australia... etc

MODES OF DELIVERY

At home or in the relay, Chronopost delivers your order against signature. Choose the delivery mode that best suits your situation and you will be notified of the arrangement of your parcel as soon as your order will be placed.

 


Chronopost relay-France

If you are at your place of work, you can choose a delivery in a relay Pickup of your choice. For any order placed on our website before 14h, your parcel is delivered the next day before 13h. You will be notified by SMS and e-mail as soon as the arrival of the parcel in the relay point.

Chronopost home

For any order placed on our website before 14h, your parcel is delivered the next day before 13h (time not guaranteed for bikes). You are notified by SMS and e-mail the day before delivery and if you are not available, you can choose another date of delivery or a provision in a point removal near you. Precisionski will not be held responsible for any delay on the part of Chronopost. In the case of compensation on a delay or return, the amount refunded for express delivery will be the amount of the offer of delivery the cheaper.

Chronopost relay-Europe

Your parcel delivered within 48 hours in the relay Pickup of your choice anywhere in Europe.

With Predict, choose the solution delivery by appointment, interactive and hassle-free ! When ordering, choose directly by SMS on the day and time slot that suits you best from the list of choices offered by DPD.

- On appointment, in a niche, 3h, chosen by the recipient from among 10 possible dates,

- In one of the 5 000 points DPD PICK UP the network,

- A neighbor, caretaker, friend...,

- At another address, which arranges more of the recipient (place of work, vacation, second home...),

Delivery in Point Relay

Your package delivered within 24 to 72 hours.

Choose from 5, 000 points relay in Metropolitan France and remove your parcel on presentation of an identity document. The result of your command, at all times follow the layout of your parcel on the carrier's website using the tracking number that you have been sent. You will be notified by e-mail upon receipt of the package in the point selected and you can remove it to shop opening hours. You have 9 business days to come remove it. After this period, the parcel will then be returned to PRECISION SKI (please contact our customer service department).

Delivery time : 24 to 72h.

Departments 22, 29, 35, and 56 : delivery the day after.

For any delivery before the holidays, a period of 48 hours additional is possible.

PRECISION SKI will not be held liable for a delay in delivery for all orders placed with carriers CHRONOPOST and DPD.

All of our packages are closed by adhesive tape with white inscription PRECISION SKI (band guarantee), as well as a cable clamp. If this were not the case, we invite you to make a complaint more quickly or to not accept the package.

DELIVERY problems

The CLIENT is informed of the delivery date fixed at the moment when he chooses the carrier, at the end of the online order process, before confirming the order.

In the event that the SELLER does not deliver the property on the agreed date, the CUSTOMER is directed, by means of a communication medium sustainable to deliver the PRODUCTS within a further period which must be adapted to the circumstances.

In any event, the SELLER undertakes to deliver the PRODUCTS within the period of thirty

(30) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

If the SELLER does not comply with its obligation to deliver the goods within the additional time limit, or within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract, the CUSTOMER has the right to terminate the contract.

The CLIENT may inform the SELLER of its decision to terminate the contract by sending a registered letter with notice of receipt to the following address : PRECISION SKI - 02 RUE DE TREVES - 73700 SEEZ.

The SELLER will refund, without undue delay after the receipt of the letter terminating the contract, the CUSTOMER the full amount paid for the PRODUCTS, taxes and shipping included, using the same method of payment used by the CUSTOMER to buy the PRODUCTS.

For any disputes of delivery despite the signing of the receipt of your package on the delivery slip available at the website of DPD or Dhl, the customer must make a complaint.

Procedure for filing complaint :

If you suspect damage to property (theft, damage, fraud, etc.) by a third party, you may contact police services for research to be conducted on this subject. It is possible to perform a statement of the facts of damage to property (theft, damage, fraud, etc.) by going directly to a police station or a gendarmerie brigade.

The receipt of the complaint can not be denied. If the infringer is unknown, you can fill out a pre-complaint online by going to: https://www.pre-plainte-en-ligne.gouv.fr/

In accordance with the provisions of article 15-3 of the Code of criminal procedure, the judicial police is obliged to receive complaints filed by crime victims to the criminal law and to transmit them, where appropriate, the service or the unit of judicial police has jurisdiction. Any complaint is the subject of a notice of violation and gives rise to the immediate issue of a receipt to the victim.

If it makes the request, a copy of the minutes is immediately surrender. If your problem is not resolved as a result of your statement to the police, we invite you to contact us again by sending us a copy of the receipt of the complaint to the address support-vente@precisionski.fr. The copy of the receipt must be in PDF, JPG, or PNG.

We kindly request you to specify the address of the police agency who has registered the complaint in your e-mail. Without a copy of the receipt of the complaint, we will not be able to review your request for replacement/refund. Please note that to be considered valid, the receipt of the complaint must at a minimum contain the following information:

- First and last name

- The buffer of the police service

- The number of the order concerned by the damage to property

- The reference of the article concerned by the damage to property (Brand + article Series)

- Reference number of the complaint to the police service

Note that the filing of a complaint may take place in a police station, a gendarmerie, or directly to the prosecutor.
